Northern Virginia Alliance Partners with NOVA FC

Northern Virginia Alliance (NVA) and Northern Virginia FC (NOVA FC) are delighted to announce their partnership to extend NVA’s Player Development Pathway to the pre-professional level, providing increasingly high-level playing opportunities for NVA players and alumni.

Beginning with league play in May 2024, NVA will be responsible for all on-field management of the joint NVA/NOVA USL W League team.

Mark Ryan, Technical Director for NVA stated: “For over 25 years, NOVA FC has set the standard for pre-professional play in our area, and NVA is pleased to extend the player pathway for our players to the well-established NOVA FC pre-professional platform. Our NVA players can enjoy the benefit of a playing environment that develops players and prepares them for the next level.”

NOVA FC owner Mo Sheta concurred: “We are delighted to partner with NVA an elite youth club in Northern Virginia, we know our players will benefit from this Partnership.”
